Born in Los Angeles to Taiwanese parents, JVNA is a New York-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who crafts ethereal soundscapes that fuse pop, electronic, and cinematic depth with raw emotional resonance. Trained in classical piano from the age of six and later in film and game scoring at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, she began her rise with viral remixes and a crowdfunded debut video, “I’m With You,” a self-directed tribute to her late father. Her 2021 debut album Hope In Chaos explored themes of loss and resilience, followed by 2023’s Play With You, a bold declaration of feminine empowerment that fueled a triumphant North American tour, including standout shows at Webster Hall in New York and The Midway in San Francisco.

JVNA is on a bold new chapter in her evolution as an artist. Her newest collection - including her latest singles “Angels Falling” and “Aphrodite” - dive deeper into transformation, illustrative worldbuilding, and emotional duality. Tapping themes from Greek mythology, the new songs continue to underscore her vulnerability and strength. Her artistry invites listeners into a world where contradictions flourish, where fragility becomes power, and fleeting moments linger long after the music fades.

JVNA recently opened for legendary DJ Illenium in San Francisco – delivering a dynamic, high-energy, performance – and will be releasing more new music very soon.
