From intern to Director of Distribution at Create Music Group, my journey over the past 6 years has been driven by passion, persistence, and a deep love for music and the people behind it. I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside one of the most innovative companies in the digital music space, helping artists and labels navigate and thrive in an ever-evolving industry.

In addition to overseeing large-scale distribution operations, I’ve served as label manager for respected imprints like Cyclops Records, Welcome Records, and Divided Souls—helping shape release strategies, build artist relationships, and bring ambitious projects to life. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the label side of the business and sharpened my ability to support both creative and operational goals. Other label associations include: Drama Club Recordings, FUCKSHIT Records, GRVDNCR, 19K Recordings.

I’ve led teams, scaled systems, and collaborated cross-functionally to bring clarity and impact to a fast-moving, often chaotic space. Whether it’s troubleshooting backend issues, launching high-stakes releases, or guiding independent labels toward sustainable success, I bring both strategic thinking and hands-on experience to every challenge.
