In her role as Label & Content Support for North America at LabelWorx, Lauren Anderson focuses on enhancing strategy, promotion, and the company’s regional impact. Her experience spans top-tier campaigns across the dance/electronic circuit, including work with Hellbent Records, Catch & Release, KMS Records, Snatch! Records, and more. Formerly Label Manager for Chris Lake’s Black Book Records, she led early-to-advanced-stage catalog development and executed high-performing releases with artists like Mau P, Aluna, Four Tet, Green Velvet, and HoneyLuv. She also contributed to major projects at Create Music Group, supporting labels such as Insomniac Music Group, Night Bass Records, and The Nations. Her passion for label operations led her to found Render Music International, an independent venture supporting boutique imprints like Maison Arts, Celestial Body, and Sacred Interface through an emotion-centered approach. Outside of music, Lauren is a graduate student researching the intersection of art, emotion, personality, and psychophysiology.
