Meet our Advisory Board Members

To our community of music creators;

Today, we are proud to announce a newly established 2021 advisory board. Over the past year, our organization has grown immensely, expanding into international territories with our first-ever conference held with speakers from Latin America and Europe, and the launch of 15+ live stream events with 1,500 registered attendees, 80 hours of educational programming, and 65 speakers and programming offered in both English and Spanish.

We are more committed than ever to our diverse community of music creators and are pleased to bring together a wide group of music industry leaders, each in their respective fields to guide the continuing impact and growth of our music community.

This year’s advisory board members include:

Ali Stone, Artist & Multi-instrumentalist

A Colombian music producer, multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, and DJ Ali has been composing movie soundtracks, remixing top artists, playing festivals like the Electric Daisy Carnival and being one of the opening acts for Justin Bieber’s Purpose World Tour. She has been a longtime advocate of gender equality and has promoted education through music in communities of scarce resources. Ali joined us this past year as a presenter and now as an advisor, she'll help shape the organization to be world class for international artists.

Piper Payne, Mastering Engineer

Piper has been in our industry for over a decade as a mastering engineer having worked with nationally renowned artists Third Eye Blind, LeAnn Rimes, The Go-Go's, Madame Gandhi and many more . She is a long-standing advocate for quality audio, education, diversity and inclusion in the music industry and has been a regular speaker and panelist on these subjects at global industry events. She was one of the first to present at our first-ever event in 2014 and has participated every year since then. She currently co-hosts a monthly audio Q&A called No Stupid Audio Questions. We owe credit to Piper for the idea of this advisory board.

Frank Socorro, Grammy-Nominated Engineer & Producer

Frank has been in our industry for over 20 years as producer and mixing engineer having worked with artists such as Mary J. Blige, Lenny Kravitz, Lauryn Hill and super producer Salaam Remi with whom he received 5 GRAMMY nominations and several gold and platinum plaques. A respected educator, Frank is on a mission to share all the knowledge he has amassed over the years and to demystify audio engineering with the next generation of producers and engineers. In 2017, Frank helped bring our events to the Miami community and since then has presented over a dozen times. He currently hosts a mix feedback session every month.

Kevin Eiroa, Music Executive and Founder of Electric Heart Entertainment

Miami-born and Puerto Rican raised Kevin Eiroa brings over 8 years of experience in the Latin music industry having worked in all areas of the business with labels and international acts such as CNCO, Laura Pausini, Pablo Alborán, Jesse & Joy, Maná, Zion & Lennox, and Cosculluela. Kevin participated in our annual events in Miami and now as an advisor, he'll help the organization become a reference in pop culture, business, and entertainment.

Welcome Ali, Piper, Frank and Kevin! “I am looking forward to strengthening our impact this year again, and I am incredibly grateful to have these distinguished experts together to bring fresh perspectives and guide the initiatives to come,” said Founder Loic Maestracci.
